Interesting.
So have you set it up as a kind of chip-cloning arrangement? One 1454/1455 chip holds the program and perhaps a slightly different code, and is used to program virgin chips, yes?

Yep, that is the idea. :) Struggling a bit with the amount of flash as i am running out. Need to make the code more leaner. Basically it is a 1454 with bootloader (so no programmer necessary to update the firmware), USB-Serial, PIC32 programming support and a 'clone-me' function. The part i was still working on is to be able to clone a PIC32 by using two sockets. One with the firmware and an empty one. Simultaneously read from the source and write to the destination. THAT is not easy so no promises on that version. Microblocks. Build with logic.
