I've run a Pi-Z-W with wifi and camera and a few things attached with a 1000mA charger, and even a 750mA charger, but have found that it fails with less, and would expect it to fail again with enough additional power-drawing stuff attached. Glad you got a good start on it at last. PicoMite, Armmite F4, SensorKits, MMBasic Hardware, Games, etc. on fruitoftheshed |

Just tried it with a car USB charger that will run an ipad, and I have the same problem. I thought it may be the fact that I'm using a monitor with a HDMI to VGA adapter. Tried using a TV with HDMI input and got nothing. Paul. "It is better to be ignorant and ask a stupid question than to be plain Stupid and not ask at all" |

Problem solved. Tried the TV again and all is OK, maybe HDMI cable not pushed all the way in. So now to build my Picromite. I am using the Pi at the moment to type this. Paul. "It is better to be ignorant and ask a stupid question than to be plain Stupid and not ask at all" |
