Looking at the markings the chip is from week 48 from 2019. That is totally possible. I only hope the "e3" marking does not imply these are engineering samples. See below (this is the marking of an LPC176 package, so the 100pin will have different markings). PicomiteVGA PETSCII ROBOTS |

FWIW, yesterday I found the two of these "alternate" F4 boards which I had hidden away after having troubles with them. I flashed with ArmmiteF4V5.07.00b14.bin and for the limited amount of testing I did, they seemed fine. With the maturity of MMBasic on the bigger F4 board, and the prospects of the PicoMite, I don't expect to do anything further with these boards. These smaller form factor boards seem to do everything the bigger ones can. The latest F4 manual (Draft 3) covers them. Latest F4 Latest H7 FotS |
