That's a CMM2 - the surface mount version. Fully compatible with the CMM2 'cos it is one. :) It's missing the power sitch for some reason.

@ hitsware2 - yes, there is a little wire link between the upper two holes for the power switch.  This permanently places it in the "ON" state.  Remove power cord to switch off, replace it to switch on.
Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops!
