A labour of love. :) My wife handed me a little packet. In it there's a plastic tray whose width tapers down to a narrow gap. These are used for doing her "jewel art" pictures and she tends to accumulate them as there's one in every kit. Very useful for working with small components as you can tip some in from a lockseal bag and tip the remainder back after. I've not used one for SMD stuff yet, but it looks like a possibility.
