Half a page before complaining sets in, and page 2 is mainly upset/anger. I've held off on posting a link here on my page. Why is it some people are so actively against the Geoff and the Maximite? There is a DM forum, but not a peep written about 3.0 on it - I suspect because there is no audience for angry rants there. Glenn: I really like your board. Reading about what people do with the Maximite, reading about how wonderful a device it is, is what helped push me to make the CGMMSTICK1. A group of people wanted to leave and start the DM. There is a lot of talk that they can both exist. Why actively attack the new efforts in the MM world? Micromites and Maximites! - Beginning Maximite |

I'll close this thread and have a think about what direction I think this part of the forum should take, then post some guidlines tomorrow. I want to steer away from Maximite and Duinomite support, just didn't work. If you have a Duinomite support type of question, then the DM forum is a excelent place to start http://www.kenseglerdesigns.com/cms/forums/index.php. For Maximite support you can contact Goeff directly projects@geoffg.net. There are some brilliant posts in here about what members have actually done with their 'mite's, from writting a Space Invaders game to controlling a furnace. Top stuff ![]() So till tomorrow. Glenn PS. Heard back from Geoff and will see if I can get this forum behaving itself. It will mean change, but for the better. The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |
