Well done - glad it is now working. ![]() Yes, that Vcap is mission-critical. It MUST be a good quality tantalum, or an X5R SMD ceramic, if you are designing for SMD. It would seem that the PIC32 core intensely dislikes bog-standard caps, which is probably a good thing anyway! ![]() Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

Hi Steve, Glad it is all working for you.. I am fairly certain that firmware I sent is OK to use as I copied it out of a 250 that was flashed with v1.0 then updated via USB to 1.2.
