...well, if I cam amuse you... ![]() This was a Victor Meldrew moment for me, in that when I realised what I had done wrong, and that I was the cause of all the trouble, it was an "I don't BELIEVE it!" moment. Whoops....... ![]() Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

I just love the fact that you could come on here and explain your problem and so many people are willing to help. I couldn't image how it feels to be Geoff, like he said, watching this forum and seeing how people from all over the world interact, trying to help each other, all based on something he created. Yes, better than a good movie, I'm sure. Anyway, even though you may have overlooked something, I for one learned something... again! Yeah, TBS and uMite!!!! EDIT... Victor Meldrew is a fictional character in the BBC One sitcom One Foot in the Grave, created by David Renwick and portrayed by Richard Wilson. The character epitomised the archetypal grumpy old man. Meldrew is a foil for the bothersome aspects of children, cars, animals, power cuts or next-door neighbours Another thing I have to check out.... |

"I don't BELIEVE it!" was his catchphrase, and he used it often, whenever anything annoyed him. Victor Meldrew's Best Bits Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

"I don't BELIEVE it!" Frightening, that could almost be MY father. I'll have to show him some of that program and see what happens... Visit Vegipete's *Mite Library for cool programs. |

It would be interesting to see if he recognised himself. Apparently John Cleese modelled Basil Fawlty on a real English hotel proprietor but when a reporter tracked him down he totally denied being anything like that. Geoff Graham - http://geoffg.net |
