It's not a wall plate it is actually a box from Jaycar I had lying around. It is powered from a 5v. plugpack or USB socket. The code is basically Geoff's clock code with a couple of additions. It needs a bit of cleaning up I will release it when finished. Paul. "It is better to be ignorant and ask a stupid question than to be plain Stupid and not ask at all" |

Paul, I have released the first attempt at a font tweaking program It includes a seven segment font with the 1,4 and 7 stretched a bit. http://www.thebackshed.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=8386&PN=1&TPN=1 It has a few rough edges but should do the job. Jim VK7JH MMedit |

Just a reminder for you linux guys out there, I wrote a small program that will convert common bdf fonts to maximite format. If you can find a font out there that looks good, convert it and use it on your machine. http://www.foxhollow.ca/maximite/?menu=fonts |

Just to followup to my own reply... I did a google search for "led.bdf font" and found lots of very interesting True Type downloadable LED styled fonts. download the True Type font. Use the linux ttf2bdf converter to make a X11 bdf font. then use my script to convert the bdf font to a maximite font. |
