I'll have to post PCB design pictures in some cases as I've not built all my designs and no-one else has published pics either! Even if they work. Oh well....

AFAIK there are no PicoGAME 4 builds started yet.

Which, if any, of your boards can be used for both VGA and VGAUSB? Please state for each board which firmware variants they support

Pico Backpack     - LCD only
PicoGAME 4        - VGAUSB
VGA Basic         - standard VGA / PS2
Sweetie-Pi-coMite - VGA / PS2 but uses relocated VGA pins
