Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

With the 4k7 and 10k the voltage at the IR input GPIO is 3,6V. Isn't that too much even when it is powred by 5V and the switcher provide 3.3V? With the 180k the voltage is 3,38V.

I installed the old situation with the 180k from s-output to ground. The voltage is 3.2V. This looks to me better.

A RP2350 is designed to handle up to 5V on the inputs. The only proviso is that the supply to the GPIO pad of the chip is powered from 3V3. There are circumstances where it may not be, but the Pico module isn't one of them. :)

You'll be fine with anything between about 3V and 5V.

The RP2040 inputs should never have more than 3V6 on them.
