Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Mac,
I am just about ready to make my first set of blades. I plan on leaving 6 inches at top and bottom free of the spar since these will be tested for a VAWT, single arm from hub/rotor to center of spar, 4 Blades 48" tall 6" deep spar 2" in from leading edge spar will be a 1"X2" pine. On another note, where do you get your coroplast from? I got lucky and found a sign maker who was willing to sell me a 4'X8' sheet for $28, but am hoping to find a better deal when I am done testing.
