Well the surgeon wasn't as nice to me today as I hoped.
Home tomorrow (probably)

Not too serious Grogs, my thyroid was enlarged and slowly but surely strangling me.
The problem was found with a CT scan of the chest, trying to work out why I get breathless, going to the letterbox to collect the next parcel of bits to play with.

The thyroid gland now resides in the pathologists tray.
My throat has to readapt to the lack of being strangled so for now, I have trouble drinking anything and talking is no more than a whisper.

I'm learning what it will be like in a few years when I have to reside in your work place.
