Play is the natural enemy of stress. Play is good. Play is great. Play is brilliant. Play is splashing in puddles, climbing mountains, and riding across them. Play is juvenile, pointless and dumb. This is true, sorry. :) I have a friend who is almost completely blind and she depends on her guide dog. With extreme difficulty and a very strong magnifying glass she can just about read newspaper headlines in a good light. She took up archery and worked her way up to close to national competition standard.
