This is a kinda long video(20 minutes), but VERY interesting. I encourage all to watch it, as it makes some very interesting points. A.I. Video Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

"The STOP button problem in AI" Very interesting, very articulate. At 7:29: AI "will 'Volkswagon' you"--will recognize when it is under test (e.g., for "moral" behavior) and will adjust performance to meet expectations. And "I can't let you do that, Dave" in a variety of ways. PicoMite, Armmite F4, SensorKits, MMBasic Hardware, Games, etc. on fruitoftheshed |

Yes, I found this video fascinating - and true. Here is a shorter(8 minute) video follow-up to the first one: A.I. Video 2 This too, is very interesting. Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

We already behave this way. My son performs differently when he knows I'm watching. We drive more slowly when police are on the street. Even our pet dogs adjust according to the audience. We shouldn't be surprised when other intelligence do the same. Visit Vegipete's *Mite Library for cool programs. |
