We had a thin coating of snow this morning, just in time for the reindeer. It was very pretty but it was gone by 10 am.

I don't know how you guys celebrate Christmas in the summertime, but Merry Christmas anyway.

Merry Christmas guys.

Been a tough year for me, but next year is looking better, and I hope everyone else has a great new year as well.

All the best.

Magnificent, Bill.

Merry Christmas to all, from Florida, where the only thing white on the ground is sand.

Merry Xmas from me to all shedders too, especially Glenn, Geoff and Peter. I’m in Berry NSW for a couple of weeks with the family - lots of Irish family of my son-in-law’s too. They can’t work out the heat at Xmas bit either.

And a Merry Christmas to all from our little Alaska town of 61 souls. We had a pot luck dinner last night at a building in town and 42 showed up. Everything was good and one large family's children played and sang some Christmas carols. A good time was had by all. Wishing you and all the world the same Peace and Joy. And a Happy New Year too!

Yes, it looks really nice, and at 55.918°N it's a little north of Glasgow, Scotland at 55.8° N, but, because of the Japan Current it is warmer and rainier than one would expect as is Glasgow due to the Gulf Stream.

Here, 65 miles north of NYC, we are currently 7° F colder than Hyder and we have a trace of remaining snow on the north face of bigger rocks.
