Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

@ Gizmo
Maybe this thread could be moved to the area at the top of the forum with the Library etc. so it doesn't get lost. It is very interesting to put faces to names after so long.

TassyJim said   It should be obvious by now that MMBasic makes your hair go grey prematurely.
Hair? What hair?

You're a bunch of youngsters! I'm older than dirt. Here's one of me with my wife, Sonja, from about 1960.

Well, that didn't work. It was only 33 KB too. Oh well ....

Here's one of me a few years ago. 1958 age 4. Course I'm better lookin' now! My wife says don't make me prove it, enough competition for her already.

I got seriously unwell for a couple of years (not big C but a blood problem) and it nearly done me in several times but I'm back now and this is my first post for several years. This is a good idea for the photos so I'll post a couple of old ones. Unfortunately I have nothing recent but I'm working on it.

This one is about 1980. I'm seated. I have a lot less hair now.

and here is one from a few years earlier.
