Hi TassyJim, Is it possible for the files in MM File Master (PC window) to be sorted by date as well as alphabetically? This would help to see what files especially library files have been updated. It would also save having a Windows Explorer window open. Thanks Brian ChopperP |

I is possible but requires a redesign of the window to fit the extra data in. I will keep it in mind for when I redo the terminal/file manager. Jim VK7JH MMedit |

I use this topic to make two requests. 1 - when I click the ALT key (without other key) on editor window, it launch the module "Report" but not each time (it is only when, after download your prog and have Chat window, you add text like adress mail) 2 - when you come from another app, and you click in the window's editor, it is not active, you must clik a second time to make it active. And when we use the copy / paste, often we think we have put the buffer in the editor and not at all. |

Hi goc30, Your second issue has been raised before, see here - we just have to remember to click twice when coming back to MMEdit. Bill Keep safe. Live long and prosper. |

Hi goc30, I don't have the first problem but the second one really annoys me. Both are caused by the way the editor control is handled by the main program. It is a limitation of LibertyBasic and I have tried many times to find a way around it. One day I will change over to a different programming language but there is no time frame. Sorry, Jim VK7JH MMedit |

Hi TassyJim thank you for the answers I asked these questions but I was worried that these are problems coming from your compiler I don't know why but I was convinced that you had to develop the program with purebasic |

PureBasic is what I will be changing to (eventually) Any new work is done in PureBasic but it is a big exercise to redoo MMEdit fully. Jim VK7JH MMedit |
