Hi All, Particularly Jim. Trying to retrieve some code from one of my E100's; just to be sure it's in sync with what I have saved from 2017.... MM File Master is hanging though. It's connected via an ESP8266 on an IP & I can access it and all, but when I open the file manager it hangs there saying working. I did try running it with a concurrent connection to Teraterm & in Teraterm it drops to the prompt & then issues the FILES command, to which the response is:- Error: SD card not found. I did mistakenly retrieve code successfully from another MM+, but that one was a CGMicro and DID have a micro SD card installed. The Particular E100 has Version 5.0404 installed. Any suggestions? Thanks Phil. |

If FILES doesn't work with TeraTerm, MMEdit certainly won't. The old 'reboot and try again' or remove and reinsert the SD card Jim VK7JH MMedit |

Just another option to try if all else fails. Set line and column width on the E100 to 40 x 132. Open Tera Term and set it the same terminal size. Clear the Terminal buffer. Type LIST ALL. When it's finished, edit the start and end of the buffer for any command or list result text and save the buffer. I've used this to get the memory file listing when other things fail, connection speed has an influence though. Mike. NANO Inverter: Full download - Only Hex Ver 8.1Ks |

Sorry, I didn't realise that there is no SDcard. Mikes method of LIST ALL with TT or MMEdit is the simplest. A bit more convoluted would be to tell MMEdit that it is a standard Micromite. That way the File Manager will not try to list the files and you can transfer from memory direct to MMEdit's editor. LISTing is faster than XMODEM anyway. Jim VK7JH MMedit |

I did try option sdcard disable thinking that might fiddle the emulation but still the same. Is that overly convoluted, or is it simply a matter of changing the syntax. OR.... I could get up from my desk & wander outside & slip a spare SD card in.... Before I disabled it I'm assuming I had it configured for the one in the display. OPTIO SDCARD 47?? Phil.
