Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I tried this one:

https://giphy.com/gifs/Latchrecs-womble-wombles-the-St9WeQQuiHGCMCcEmb
3.59Mb 480x480 pixels 256 colour

Womble_Sign_Thanks_GIPHY.zip

Loads with load gif "Womble_Sign_Thanks_GIPHY" from the prompt

It also will load from the Files browser

In both cases playback for this file was fairly slow on my 480Mhz Waveshare CMM2.  Possibly because its a fairly large animated GIF.

I did find that this forum software does not support animated gifs.  Possibly because it resizes/processes GIF files during the upload process and loses the animation info.
