Strange thing here  

When i put the CR1220 backup battery in place , the power up led shows up.
If the battery have to last for a long time i thing that this is not really what it have to append  
Does someone have explanation about this ?

Assuming you have a Waveshare module, it sounds like you haven't removed all the jumpers.

Correct: if you have left the VBAT jumper in place for any length of time this will kill the battery as you are trying to power the whole board from the poor little CR1220

I forget the jumpers  

Thanks for the tip , and good that i have get a pack of some batteries.
