Hi all, As previously mentioned on my facebook post - for those who are interested, I've attached the .bas file (zip file at end of post) - and some of my scribblings on how I put the procedural generator together. cursor keys to move around the labyrinth, -/+ changes the light distance. "l" turns off the lighting routine, draws all the labyrinth. NOTE there's a bug in this, the player wall collisions doesn't work when you turn off the lighting routine. ![]() ![]() ![]() proctiles.zip |

Hi John, Haven't had opporunity to run it for myself yet but saw it on Facebook and it looks great, I hope you turn it into a game, even if only a simple one. You should also post on TBS about your 3D landscape generator, I meant to include that on a new version of The Welcome Tape, but I'm just not getting around to it. Thanks for uploading this code. There are things included that could use in my projects. |
