Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Hi all,
I have made small change on CMM2.fun, (hopefully) for improving user experience   :
If you click on author's name, you will not go to visit his/her homepage/email, but to the list of the all contributions of this author. First on this page are links on name working as before, pointing to author's contact (when available).

Enjoy!

That is a great service that you have Jiri and thanks.
I have put a link to it on my Maximite home page.

Thanks Geoff,
I appreciate that you liked it

For me CMM2 (and other Maximites) is one of the biggest life-changer. Until this milestone I have either sometimes used old computers with all those disadvantages (speed, problem with displaying old composite signal, strange layout keyboards...) or programmed for new computers without the soul, struggling to develop window application, where full screen could be enough etc.

CMM2 is for me exactly the right mix of simplicity for user and power waiting inside

Hi jirsoft!

I notice that when I use the 'update' screen for an existing program, there appears to be no way to add a missing picture. Is there some way to do that?

Thanks!

Hi Bill,
yeah, I know
It's a little bit more work, as I need to make all the test for new screenshot, then update it in DB and later remove the old ones, so I tried to postponed it as much as possible
But I know, it need to be done, I'll try it on the weekend. Right now, when you have any screenshot then you need update/add, just post it here and I will change it manually...

Hi all,
I have a little bit expanded CMM2.fun . Now is there special category, ideas. Here can be added basic ideas for programs, HW, docs etc., that we are missing at most.

I already put some my items - the idea behind is to have list, where I can choose something to develop (or build...), when I have time to do it, but I'm out of ideas... Maybe some ideas are (almost) impossible for me, but for somebody else it's just peanut.

First I thought to put it here as new topic, but then I found I can reuse smile-points for wish-points and with just small changes put it on the web.

What do you think about it?

The SAAINT screenshot I sent last night looks washed out when viewed on CMM2.fun could you please replace it with this:

Thanks Jiri, that's marginally better I guess. Text adventures don't make for good screenshots

Best wishes,

Hi Jiri,

Good to hear from you I was a little worried you had wandered off.

Could you push an update to github as the last one is dated from 16th May.

Best wishes,

Tom

Hi Jiri,

Can you update the names/version numbers for my programs on CMM2.fun please:

   - "CMM2 Welcome Tape Release 1.0.0" to "CMM2 Welcome Tape 1.0.1"
       - also update URL to: https://github.com/thwill1000/cmm2-saaint-public
   - "SAAINT 2.0.0" to "SAAINT 2.0.3"
   - "Yellow River Kingdom 1.0.0" to "Yellow River Kingdom 1.0.3"

Or alternatively just drop the 3rd digit from these version numbers on CMM2.fun entirely.

Thanks in advance,

Tom

Hi all,
I have added into editor for CMM2.fun (when add or edit items) similar system as here for bold (), italic () and underline () text (default lowercase, but accept also uppercase and change it on-the-fly).
Also was added [o] for bullet character.

It was updated GitHub with the code and DB...
