(Also in my experience, black ESP-01 is 1MB, blue is 512K.)

I tried the same addresses as you with no luck at first. What finally made it work was unchecking the box marked DoNotChgBin. Yours was unchecked but mine was checked. I didn't even think it mattered! I am happily running 1.7.4 now and connectivity is more reliable than 1.3.0 was.

Glad its working for you. There's more than one path to tearing your hair out in trying to flash an ESP-01.
