I have one that I've never even powered up and have no real interest in. It's the one with the full motherboard (not the Waveshare module version).

Only problem is that I'm in the UK.

Is it Gen 1 or Gen 2? Some month now since no reseller has any to sell, prices gonna rise on the second-hand market! I may be interested too, I still ain't got none. But priority to RicM.

BigMik only sold G1s and I think he may still have the parts to build another couple, but I'm not sure he's checking TBS every day at the moment.

Best wishes,

It's model CMM2 Gen1 (without WS moduler) from micromite.org located in Czech Republic.

Hi RicM, All,

I have snuck away for a few days, first time in 12 months, damn you Covid,

Yes I generally peruse the forum at least once a day.

As to my CMM2 offerings they were all G1 all in one PCB. I have modified a couple to G2 status (extra RAM and resolution) but not for the other differences. A side note the G2 update works well on 480MHz devices but the 400 MHz units (even overclocked) will NOT work with the 1920 x 1080 resolution mode due to internal differences (the extra memory is fine).

Anyway as to CMM2 availability I have sold all that I had and due to no chips available for at least 12 months I think it's time to hang up my hat on them. I do have stock of roughly 50 plus or minus of most other parts (connectors, SD card connector, resistors capacitor etc for the all in one.

I think Grogster is probably the only bloke with limited stock at the moment.

All I can offer is the G2 upgrade but due to the difficulty of the mod (soldering wires onto the very fine ARM chip directly) I will have to charge around $45 plus postage for the job, probably priced the job out of the benefit scale.

Take care all,

Regards,

Mick

Hi Tom,

Sorry I might have misled you..

I didn't have Covid , so far I have dodged it successfully.

I meant, 5 holidays cancelled due to Covid so far. Damn Covid.

I have been pretty well apart from some side effects of a new injection that I hopefully will be off after I see my doc next month.

Thanks for the wishes though.

Stay safe
