Hi gadgetjack, In case mmb4l has problems on your chromebook, when it is a x86 type chromebook (not arm) you could try Wine and mmb4w. To get Wine to run, here is a guide how to do it. https://internetbankroll.com/wine-on-chromebook/ I run mmb4w under ubuntu 20.04 wine. And it works fine. Actually, I modded my chromebook to run GalliumOS which is a ubuntu derivative, so it could be used for other than web apps. But I never tried mmb4l on the chromebook. So in that perspective I cannot help you. Volhout Edited 2022-08-06 13:39 by Volhout PicomiteVGA PETSCII ROBOTS |

Hi @gadgetjack, It is in theory possible - though you may have to build it for yourself from source; it depends on the architecture of your Chromebook, x86_64, aarch64, ... ? You would also need to enable Linux on your Chromebook https://chromeos.dev/en/linux. . Please note that MMB4L does not have all the graphical goodness of MMB4W, it is still strictly a console affair. In case anyone was wondering, MMB4L isn't dead, it's just simmering and I haven't been talking about it because nobody seems to have anything other than academic interest.
