Madness said  .. Poida might confirm if it is compatible with the Picoverter.

If it works with the mppt then it works with the picoverter.
And it looks good too.

I am using it with the Nanoverter, I don't have a picoverter or a MPPT to try.

poida said  It's time to get a few spares of the mppt board, the inverter board,
maybe a few brainboards for te mppt and a few picoverters

Can I get some idea of interest in this please?

The mmpt will be Wiseguy's design. It works fine with 2 or 3 FETs
The inverter board will be my version of Madness's 6kW board. No changes were made.
The picoverter is a simple inverter controller, easy to build and uses the minimum parts.

please reply here, not via PM. I hardly check the PMs now.

Poida, Can you inbox me all the Gerber files or in easyeda files? I need to order mine too.

G'Day Guy's,
Well it has been awhile since we got all these boards and on searching the forum can't find one pic of any of the finished boards.

so if any guy's have finished how about throwing up some pic's as the ol' saying goes a pic is worth a thousand words.

Cheers Bryan

I am making another order of mppt PCB boards.
The 45A mppt board and it's controller, the brainboard.

Ziki_the wants some, maybe I need to stock
some too.

Please reply here with your needs.

minimum order is 5 boards.
cost is $167 AUD including $113 AUD shipping to Serbia

Instead, if you want 3 boards, it's $11.45 AUD for both mmtp and brainboard
and this cost includes shipping from China to Melbourne.
This is based on an order of 20 board pairs.

Then it's like $45 AUD to send it to you.

Hi Poida,
     From Scotland.(UK)
I have been looking at your mppt board and it looks fantastic and would help my renovation of an old stone farm house / farm to make it almost self sufficient power wise. We have power cuts now and again being out in the wild. The local power grid has been in need of a major upgrade for the past 20 years.

So please could I have 10 sets of boards.

So far I have 8kw of panels and a Sunnyboy inverter running, but with your boards I can hook up some Eve280 battery's I have waiting.
   Happy to pay in advance.

Hi Ric

you sure can have 10 sets of boards!

I am curious why you think 10 mppts will be needed.
Each board can do 45 Amps easily.
Just give it a decent oversized heatsink.

Hi Poida,
    A good question.
I am hoping to increase my solar on various outbuildings which have different facing roofs so one mppt per building.
Plus I am hoping to have this running for a very long time so a few spares would be good.
And I am bound to blow up one.
This is to be done while renovating new roofs and lime pointing...
     Years of fun ahead.

I completely understand now. I wondered "maybe a few different arrays.. that would need a few boards"

I order them today.
The order will be 25 sets, a brainboard and a mppt board as a set.

You want 10
KeepIS wants 5
Rev 2
Ziki 3

this leaves 5 spare for latecomers.

I'm sure I speak for everyone here, we really appreciate the time and effort you are putting into this forum, the Help getting the boards, the construction details and even help fixing them if we have a problem.

Awesome work, and thanks again
