1 Download https://geoffg.net/Downloads/picomite/Clear_Flash.uf2  and load it onto your Pico.
2 Reload the PicoMite firmware.
3 Try a slower clock speed.

I thought that nothing was guaranteed if you overclock.....
I would certainly start by doing as Geoff suggests, and DON'T overclock, just to see if things settle down.  If they do, then it is not advisable to overclock.
I'm old-school in that respect anyway, and have never thought that overclocking is a good idea, but that's just me!

Oh, where's the excitement in that? Tune for maximum smoke!

Plasma:
Start at the official speed and see if it works. You can keep increasing the speed until things get flaky then wipe the flash and back off two notches as you may not have spotted that there were already things failing when you noticed it was going flaky. Now give it a good test - graphics, sound whatever. A ws2812 or two is good as the timing is critical and you can see errors. Don't go up in notches of more than 10 or 20MHz if you want best results, not after 200MHz anyway.

"Genuine" pico's should be good to 250MHz and higher. (252 for the PicomiteVGA)

My 16Mb flash version dies with anything over 200MHz.
At 200 it is reliable.

Peter has what appears to be the same module and can run his at 378MHz without any issues.

Life can be interesting...

Well, as my master taught me during my apprenticeship and is part of my signature: "Never let the smoke get out, as it is the smoke that makes things work, and it is really hard to get the smoke back in."
