Hi all. ![]() @ matherp: the software serial port you wrote for this port - can I access this using INPUT and PRINT? ...or is it STRICTLY a console port and nothing else? Is there ANY way to use the console serial port you wrote inside a program? Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

As there is only one serial port, and that's the console, whatever you do is going to have to look and behave like a console. Mick Zilog Inside! nascom.info for Nascom & Gemini Preliminary MMBasic docs & my PCB designs |

Thanks chums. ![]() @ Mick - so noted. My chips should be here along with the programmer this week, so I should be able to run some experiments. Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |
