Dear Members,

Has anyone done a program that gives the positions of jupiter’s main four moons.

Kind Regards,

No, but once I was amazed when I first saw them with a pair of binoculars. Jupiter was bright and directly overhead late one night, and I could see 4 dots of light out to the sides. Couple nights later the moons were in different positions. Very cool.

You can try this program:

JSATS.zip

It's from "Celestial Basic: Astronomy on your Computer"
