Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

This is for the old MMEdit, version 3.4.4

After two find/replace procedures, it won't see the third one:

Note how on line 20 of the code, it should be seeing A2 there...

If I close MMEdit, then restart, it then works for the next two cycles.(a 'cycle' in my terms, is finding/replacing right to the end of the code)

Closing the find/replace window, then selecting it again results in the same problem, but if I actually CLOSE MMEdit totally, and restart it, the find/replace works again.

I only came across this, as I had to change my pin assignments to make room for something else, so I used the find/replace, to save me having to hunt the code for each and every one I wanted to change.

EDIT: JPG resizing is making it really hard to post a clear image - please let me know if you can't read it, and I will link to external site such as Imageshack. I think you can just make it out though.....Edited by Grogster 2014-04-23

I was unable to recreate the error.
Could you PM me with some code that fails for you for me to play with.

I am using V3.4.8 but I didn't make any changes to the search routines in the recent updates.
