Can anyone point me to the post about modifying Tera Term so that it restarts and also the problem of font too large. Paul. "It is better to be ignorant and ask a stupid question than to be plain Stupid and not ask at all" |

Is this what you were after: http://www.thebackshed.com/forum/uploads/robertrozee/2015-08-04_094221_Easy_reconnect_of_USB_port_to_TeraTerm_after_clie nt_reset.pdf Not sure about the 'font too large' issue. You can configure TeraTerm with any font size that suits. Jim VK7JH MMedit |

@Paul.. I think the "font to large" thing was a firmware bug... Did you bump up to the current release from Geoff..? |

It should be pointed out, that it is a security hole. The (historical) idea of not reconnecting after a serial connection has dropped out, is to prevent third parties interceding. If reconnection is automatic without warning, the operator does not know if a connection has dropped out (ie cut) and reconnected to a different party. |
