Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Hello !

I am creating an application to help in the positioning of the graphic objects (GUI BUTTON, GUI LED, ....).
This application is under PC in VB6.
But I cannot have the same font...
Is it possible to have the same Micromite+ font to install on the pc ?

No, that would require converting the font to a true type font and I do not know of an app to do that.

However, the fonts in the Micromite are constant width so it might be possible to take a non proportional font in Windows (eg, Courier) and scale it to get a matching sized font.

Thank you Geoff for your answer.
I am going to try various fonts with constant spacing.
When I shall have finished this application I shall communicate it on the site.
Thank you again for this evolution of version 5.2 !!

Why not save each character as a bitmap?
That way you can have exactly the same as MMBasic.

You can then also make use of user defined fonts.

It is easy to read the font definitions and you can either create the full font at the start or create each character as required.

Interesting ... but I have never used this method and I do not know how to make.
I have just tried with the font "Courier 8" and it is almost perfect (except for the form of the characters).
