The PLAY VOLUME does not appear to work for the TONE command. If I issue PLAY VOLUME 25, then issue PLAY TONE 1000,1000,500, the tone plays at maximum volume no matter where I put the volume number. I guess that means that volume only works on WAV playback, but is there any way to make it change the volume of the PLAY TONE command? I have the volume control set via a spinbox control, and was thinking that PLAY VOLUME also worked for setting the volume of the PLAY TONE command also - apparently this is not the case. As I have now built the PCB and the amp has no on-board volume control, is there any chance that the PLAY VOLUME command can be made to change the volume of the PLAY TONE command? I think this is a stock PWM output, if so, it is a square wave swinging from VCC to GND, no? |
