Well Poida with this winter weather where solar is useless my old F&P wind generator is still keeping my shed battery full and after a rainy day it is good coming up to my shed in the morning to see my victron 100/50 saying the batteries are charged.

That inverter I got made in '05 does start slow with lights flickering then it comes good.

bugger the new stuff if the old stuff just keeps working and will keep doing so.

Mate I do know this a jest thread and it has been that long but if I can ask can you post the code for the mad inverter as trying to find it on this forum will be like pulling a tooth.

Bryan1:

it is in jest, we can at this stage only laugh at the insanity.

Winter in Melbourne is like about 1/2 of 2% of f**k-all solar power
each day. But! But, we are one month into the "getting more solar" part of the year.
June 20th was the shortest day of our year. It is getting more better-er.

I assume you are using a 2 nano controller as designed by TinyT
aka Nanoverter.
two programs needed, one for the inverter nano and one for the human interface.
nano1 is the name for the inverter controller
nano2 is the name for the human interface controller

I have many versions for both.

don't worry about the current sensor description, it is for the human interface
and is optional.

the inverter will run if the on/off control is held LOW or HIGH continuously.
it is not a simple push button momentary thing now.

email me at peter@bqdesign.com.au for help if needed.

nano_1_v7_no_bessel.ino.zip

nano2_5_ac_current_sensor_continuous_on_off_control.zip

THIS CODE REQUIRES A I2C lcd OR IT WILL NOT WORK.

Do you use/prefer a serial LCD? we might need to discuss.

but if you are using the picoverter (I prefer this for my use cases)
here is what I am using now.
it assumes you have a serial LCD as well, to give simple info that
tells if it's running or not.

Poida I did buy all the parts over time all those years ago and never got onto it, now as I do have a hep of HY5608 fets my idea is as I put all the passives on may aswell make this board the best it can be.

I do have a few 4x20 lcd's here so yes a second pico now off memory the spacing is 26.3mm for the fets on the heatsink.

I did make 4 heat sinks out of the aerosharp heat sink so they will need to drilled in my mill so spacing is the key.

Yes this from a self described "very stable genius"
How can someone so mentally deficient become leader of a country. Surely he needs to be in a nursing home.
