I'm generally suspicious of *any* Pico hardware that isn't available from Raspberry Pi. Unfortunately that rules out all RP3050B options as none have been made available, only the RP3050A on the Pico 2.

However, I have personal experience of:
YD-RP2040 (not quite standard but with some good design decisions. Some 16MB versions don't overclock well.)
RP2040-Zero (Basically a cut-down standard Pico, only lacking a RUN pin really. Good and solid performer if you don't need all the GPIO.)
PGA2350B (there may be overclocking problems with early versions. Includes PSRAM.)

Peter's "stretched" RP2350B module seems ideal but I've not tried it personally. One of the few designs to stick to the switching power supply and even improve on it.

Interesting for Olimex. I've not investigated too deeply but the pinout to a HDMI connector is rather awkward. Half the pins are on the outer and half on the inner at the other end of the same connector. It will need some creative trace layout to get the signals roughly the same length.

Personally I'd use the PGA2350B. It's not the cheapest solution and nothing else can be breadboarded either apart from Peter's module. It's pinout is reasonable though, keeping the HSTX pins together, the ADC pins together and the supply and control pins together. That helps with the track layout more than you might think at first. It's also got a linear regulator, which reduces noise on the supply rails and, to some extent, radiated noise too. Ground pins at all four corners probably help to keep a low impedance ground. It's also as minimalist as you can get, a RP2350B connected to pins and with an on-board power supply. That's all. Add everything else yourself if you want it. PSRAM is included, with CS on GP47 by default.

This has the HSX pins arranged correctly.

At the moment the PGA2350 is half price (£4.50) from Pimoroni. That includes 8MB PSRAM, remember. It's something of a steal at that price. It is the flawed A2 stepping though.

For the WeAct RP2350 stepping A4 I found a new version of the universal_flash_nuke.uf2 available that works now on my modules as well.
