Forum Index : Microcontroller and PC projects : I asked Claude to write a win95 for rp2350b
pico95.zip It might work if someone knows how to compile it. I can build em , but c code is a bit over my head. |

I tried to compile on a linux laptop but get errors that are over my head. Maybe Peter will look at it and work some magic. |
Is Claude not able to tell you how to compile it, or what the errors mean? |
As compilation is a software process that Claude should know about, see if Claude can create the compiled binary as a .uf2 file. Edited 2026-03-18 08:58 by phil99 |

Yeah , I thought of that too. It will NOT compile code for me , says it has no access to the compiler software. It keeps giving me the same instructions on how to compile. Sadly it never changes , same instructions. |

Well there is another AI project. Using the Pico datasheet perhaps Claude can write a compiler just for the Pico. Should be simpler than an "all-singing-all-dancing" compiler. |
If you give it the/an error message and ask it what it means and how to fix it, does it not address that specific issue? |
I would be on all night , that many errors. Not real impressed with AI code so far. Maybe only works if you pay for it? |
