Hi Poida, I had one of those sort of regulators once. They are very cheap, the back cover is very thin aluminium and that is supposed to be the heatsink.
They don't last long.
That is amazing that they are passing the exact same regulator off as 10 amp and 100 amp.
I guess you get what you pay for.
Thanks for the link to the video.

On a similar Chinesium note.
I have an EGO battery chainsaw, It has a 7.5 amp hour battery and is great to use.
I baulked at paying nearly $400 kfor a spare battery so bought a knockoff battery from ebay.
The new battery is supposed to be 9 amp hour, but it weighs about half what the genuine 7.5 amp hour ego battery weighs.
And lasts about half as long too.
Again you get what you pay for, the supposed 9 amp hour battery was around $150 so as it is really about 4 amp hours the price was OK.
At least it gives me a bit more time to finish what I am cutting

I have probably 6 of those little 10Amp pwm chargers 2 on the carport with 20watt 12v (21 VOC) solar panels, 1 down the back on the old excavator with 2x 10w solar panels (in series) it chargers a 24v battery, these are working ok for several years no problems.
have  1 in the shed  for charging 12v or 24v batteries it has a 250w solar panel, however just don't leave it charging a 12v battery unattended as when the battery is almost full the charger will crapout and dump full solar panel voltage to the battery....NOT GOOD........On a 24v battery its been perfectly ok.
I wouldn't use these on anything else but a small panel and an FLA battery,
