Unless there have been major changes, oscillator crystals are actual quartz crystals (silicon dioxide). The perfect regularity of its lattice is what gives it the frequency stability.

Crystal glass is completely different. The lead gives it a high refractive index that makes it look like crystal but it is still just glass. Amorphous with no crystal structure at all.

Hello,

I am wondering where I can find the latest firmware version for my CMM2 G2 V2. On Geoff's site the version V5.07.01 is offered for download. But my board already has MMBasic Ver 5.07.02b11 installed. Is this the latest version?

Does anyone have an answer as to why the black PCB is EUR 40 more expensive than the green PCB?

Did you accidentally select standard PCBA type instead of economic PCBA type in the SMD build section? Or did it force this because of the colour?

This changes automatically after I have changed the colour to black.

The surcharge for the colour is obviously 7,- EUR, but this changes it to standard PCBA.
