Question on the off chance: are the configuration operations for pullup and pulldown as documented in the manual version 5.07.04?

Also is there a URL that will always point to the most recent version of the manual?

AFAIK the pullup and pulldown input options are correct, it's just that there is no OC output option on a Pico.

The most recent version of the manual won't include stuff in the current beta versions of the firmware. It isn't usually updated as we go along. :)
