Hi, I'm running a PicoMite (ver 5.070814) and when I > print mm.info(BOOT) I get "Error : Syntax" Same with "print mm.info$(BOOT)" If I "print mm.info(BOOT COUNT)" I get the correct number. Any suggestions? Cheers, Andrew |

mm.info(BOOT COUNT) came first mm.info$(BOOT) didn't appear until a version or two later. V6.00.02 I think. Update the firmware and you will have mm,info$(BOOT) Jim VK7JH MMedit |

Thanks Jim (I suspected so . . .) Not having touched my Mites for some time I have a lot of updating to do. How is it down in Tassy today? Andrew |

Jim et al, I tried to update to V6.02.01 and got the following on the MCC console: " Connected to COM7 at 115200 WebMite MMBasic RP2040 Edition V6.02.01 Copyright 2011-2026 Geoff Graham Copyright 2016-2026 Peter Mather [CYW43] Failed to start CYW43 [CYW43] Failed to start CYW43 . . ." It just keeps scrolling the error message. I've tried: - 'UPDATE FIRMWARE' - Pressing the 'Bootsel' button - loading an old 'Clear_flash.uf2' and then both of the above. Any more clues? I am very rusty so I could be doing any number of things wrong. Cheers, Andrew |

WasNow Perhaps you have loaded the WebMite firmware on a standard RP2040. V6.02.01 is the latest full release on Geoff's site but the latest release candidate is V6.03.00RC17 Edited 2026-06-10 13:50 by phil99 |

Hi Phil, Thanks for that. The version via your link loaded no worries. I'm absolutely sure that I had the right version but as you highlighted above I clearly didn't. AND I should have picked up the banner telling me so. Now to reassemble my project and find the fault in my code that I need the BOOT reason for. Cheers, Andrew |
