I have made a module clamp out of a spare PCB. I cut it down so that I just had the two slots. I fitted 3mm bolts from the bottom, added two more spacers, then used washers and more threaded spacers on the top. By screwing down the spacers from the top, you can get a nice even compression of the module on the pogo-pins. Works well.
Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops!
