Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

That makes very good sense
You're exactly right there's very little point of contact on the screw down terminal
I'm going to do away with it and put the welding lead type wire in there
Or I have a extra toroidal sendust choke made of 4 cores and 10 in hand 2mm wire
It just runs so good right now I hate to mess with it very much
I would say the center leg of the E 80 core is acting like a tuning fork
If I reuse it I will Jam something non-conductive in there and glue it in with super glue
I put the plastic part of my screwdriver up against the wire coiled around the choke
it still hums I guess it could be the wire but I'm pretty sure it's acting like a tuning forkbe warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

I have the 10000 what China board pretty much finished
I'm just waiting on a 48 volt fan to come in
I've decided not to use the 12 volt fan Outlet on the board
I've kind of chickened out on it it has a little jumper over by the 48 volt step down
I contacted the company I got it off of
they said it was just for testing purposes
it looks just like it was made to change the input voltage to me
And I'm afraid the jumper maybe set in the wrong position for the wrong voltage
The little ones cheap I don't care to blow it up
But I have a lot of money in this big one
Somebody needs to give me a hard time so I can get that final push if it blows it blowsEdited by BenandAmber 2019-05-30be warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

Update
The little China board inverter is doing great
I gave it to my dad to use as a backup when his electric goes off
I plan on eventually building another one and using higher amperage mosfets
If anyone has any suggestions on what mosfets I should use please feel free to comment
These are the caps I used in it

This is a great read and should probably be made into a How-To or a "sticky" at the top of the forum. This is the first thread anyone using an EGS002 board should read. I wish is had read it when I blew up my first inverter board.
By the way, Ben here is a fantastic person all-around. We've been exchanging messages and he's really helped me out. Thanks Ben and Amber.
